Performance Management for Virtual Teams
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The fundamental goal of performance management is to promote and improve employee's effectiveness. Hence, when it comes to measuring and monitoring your team's performance out of sight shouldn't mean out of mind. In this course, we will go through the performance management cycle and how to build a robust performance management system that enables you to manage your team performance whether they are working from the physical office or virtually.

The module is delivered in an e-learning format. In this learning journey, we use a number of techniques that challenge the learner's understanding, immerse them in real-life situations, and allow them to assimilate and internalise their learning through; facilitator's led videos, online assignments, online discussions, quizzes and case studies.

basis.
LO 6: Know how to Manage your employee's performance through regular check-ins.
LO 7 : Explore the different communication and check-in tools to manage your virtual team
progress.
LO 8: Learn how the HR should manage the performance evaluation.
